Asplenium nidus

The bird's nest fern grows lush, wavy, green foliage. It's growing pattern is unique, with new growth emerging from the rosette. It's beginner friendly, requiring minimal attention for a fern.

Low to bright indirect light. Direct light will bleach her leaves.

SM: ~8" tall and a 4" pot.
MD: ~12" tall and a 6" pot.

Pro-tip: A bathroom with good light is perfect as they need higher humidity than most other plants.

Happy novice

The birds nest fern arrived healthy and beautiful. I'm new to houseplants this year but so far it's going well and I'm enjoying watching the new growth. It's living with the parlor palm from the same order.

Lovely plant

So far so good with this small Bird ‘s Nest Fern. It holding up well under the brutal summer Texas heat on my porch. We will not speak of what the TX heat did to my Australian Tree fern., but it wasn’t pretty.
