Our winter packaging is an add-on to protect your plants while in transit. Purchasing this includes cool-shield thermal wrap and 2-4 day heat packs, which help control the impact of cold weather on plants.

Winter packaging is necessary for states experiencing temperatures below 55°F. Orders shipping to cold states that do not contain Winter Packaging are not covered by our guarantee.

Our heat packs are non-toxic, non-flammable and biodegradable.

Excellent product and customer service

The plants showed up in good condition, and was even able to get two snake plants from one. Hoping they both do well. I also used their soil. I got a bonsai as well, and just merely QUESTIONED the plant...and they gave me a replacement when I was the wrong one. I like this place so far, would like to know more about their practices and all...
