Great Recovery
When my plant was not delivered before the request to review email, I contacted customer service. The promptly stared delivery on the replacement. The replacement arrived on time, the box in great condition however the plant had obviously suffered some drama. The pot had lost a significant amount of soil. The soil left was soaking wet. Since, some of the leaves have wilted, turned white and removed. I believe she'll bounce back as the roots seem strong.

Although the way a package is handled by the shipping carrier is out of our control, our packaging should help to keep your plant as safe as possible. It's also important to note that some stress during/after shipment is still normal and to be expected. Upon review of the photos provided, we can assure you that the plant is in great shape and should thrive with proper care. All white leaves on this particular Hoya variety is a natural part of its appearance, so no need to remove these!
