Never have I ever received a shipment of live plants that were so excellently packaged. They arrived ENTIRELY unscathed — nay, they arrived in a FLOURISHING state. It was mind-boggling to think that they’d been shipped across multiple states, and had not instead been hand-delivered from a nursery around the block! No loose dirt unceremoniously crumbling out of the box onto my apartment floor; no bruised leaves or misshapen foliage. Even the most delicate Maidenhair Fern looked entirely unperturbed. How do they do it?! I’d give 6 stars if I could. I don’t think I’ll ever be in search of another online nursery if Rooted keeps up this service!

Great variety in the box and beautiful, healthy plants! I was nervous as I've never had a fern before, but these have stayed healthy and beautiful.
