Our winter packaging is an add-on to protect your plants while in transit. Purchasing this includes cool-shield thermal wrap and 2-4 day heat packs, which help control the impact of cold weather on plants.
Winter packaging is necessary for states experiencing temperatures below 55°F. Orders shipping to cold states that do not contain Winter Packaging are not covered by our guarantee.
Our heat packs are non-toxic, non-flammable and biodegradable.
