I had never ordered a plant online before and was hesitant as I knew it would need to be shipped. When the box arrived it was a bit battered, but when I opened it up the plant was perfect. It had been very well packed and didn’t look like it had been in the dark for a few days. It’s the perfect size for our apartment and just looks gorgeous. I also needed some assistance from the Rooted team when placing the order and their customer service was outstanding. I can’t recommend this company enough!

okay she is a BEAUTY. she came in perfect condition and just as pictured! full bodied and actually XL as opposed to other sites i’ve ordered from. in the past i have been disappointed in the size from other sites but Rooted lived up to my expectations. she is doing well in her new home!

I’ve never ordered plants online and wasn’t sure what to expect. Honestly I thought the plant would be dead by the time it got delivered to us. Our plant arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful. It completely exceeded our expectations. The XL we received is about 4’8” tall. My husband, who is extremely critical, told me to order another one. I’m waiting for the XL to come back in stock.
