Jade Pothos: Light Requirements & Temperature

• Light: The Jade Pothos prefers bright, indirect light, but it can tolerate low-light conditions; it will grow more slowly, however. 
• Temperature: Temperatures between 65°F and 85°F are ideal for this beauty. If kept outdoors, bring it in at the end of summer. 

Jade Pothos: Watering & Humidity

• Watering: Water when the soil feels dry. Overwatering your Jade Pothos can result in soggy roots and rotting.
• Humidity: A humidity of 50-70% is preferred, although this plant can adapt to lower humidity. Mist it in hot seasons or group your pothos with other tropical plants. 

Pothos Jade: Soil, Fertilizer, and Repotting

• Soil: Pothos plants require well-draining soil to stay strong and healthy. Add perlite or coco coir to prevent waterlogging.
• Fertilizer: Feed monthly during the active growing season with a balanced, diluted plant food. 
• Repotting: Repot your Jade Pothos every 1-2 years or when roots start to feel crowded in the pot.

Propagate this pothos variety from stem cuttings; ensure each cutting has at least one node, and plant them directly in moist soil. Alternatively, you can root the cuttings in water (change the water weekly) and when roots form, transplant the baby Jade pothos plants into pots with fresh soil. Place them in a warm, humid spot for the best results.

Yellow leaves and brown leaf tips are common issues with this plant, caused by overwatering or overexposure to direct sunlight, respectively.
