The palm arrived in excellent condition after 11 days of being lost by Fed Ex. It arrived one day after I had reported the delay to Rooted and they had graciously suggested that they would send another. However, that didn’t become necessary because the plant arrived and is beautiful.

All of the plants we’ve purchased from Rooted come in unbelievably impeccable condition. The shipping box is designed so they don’t move, and the soil is also moist. I’m trying to keep them in the original healthy and impressive condition. I wish I knew that the Majesty Palm is difficult to keep happy. I’m a newbie so it’s not easy for me to keep it as beautiful as it arrived.
