Codiaeum variegatum
Its dark green leaves quite literally appear to be speckled in gold dust. When the light hits, these speckles brighten up in a display that resembles the night sky (if it were green). If you have Western or Southern exposure and have been looking to add a splash of color, this is the one for you.
Bright, indirect light. Can tolerate short periods of direct light.
SM: ~10" tall and a pot size of 4".
Pro-tip: Leaves turning green and lacking gold dust? Try placing it closer to the light source.
Note: Bundled options come with one 5" wide ceramic pot and one bag of custom-blended, organic potting mix.

Like honeyed blood splatter
I had no intention of buying this plant, but was lured in by the unusual splatter pattern on her leaves. It's -- in a word -- punk. I've kept her by a window since she arrived (I read that this is how to preserve Croton Gold Dust's unique coloration), and now she's looking a little yellowed and crispy. I hung a sheer curtain so that she wouldn't fry, but I'm not sure it did the trick. Hopefully, she'll find her new spot on the coffee table more agreeable.
Whatever happens, I'm enjoying my time with her immensely: I'll keep rooting for her, and hoping that she puts down roots here. Thanks, Rooted!

Love it!
So far, it's needed a smedium amount of care; the leaves will let you know when they want water if you aren't on a schedule. Very easy so far.
