This was my first time ordering plants online - ever. But, I wanted to try supporting a company that isn't a 'Big-Box'. I admit most of my 'babies' came from the grocery store or hardware chains. Sadly, the small plant shops in San Francisco/Bay Area are $$$. I am super happy with all six of my newbies on day 10 since their safe and early arrival. The monstera is so cute. One of the very bottom tiny leaves was breaking in half so I was seeing if I could save it and what do you know - there was a new leaf hiding that's now in the center. In another week I will put her in the larger grow pot she's hanging out in. If you have read all of this and are still undecided, let this be your sign to order from Rooted!!

It was packaged 📦 very carefully. The plant was green, healthy, no broken leaves or stems. Beautiful healthy plant 🪴 You guys are really doing a great job.

I discovered disease and a lot of eaten leaves after the two week quarantine. I contacted Rooted, sent pictures. It took a while but they honored their warranty period and I received the replacement today. I have it in quarantine. The plant is a large mature plant with fenestrations. I'm happy with the company and their commitment to their customers.
