Well packed and healthy.

This plant arrived in great shape - the packaging was really good. One leaf stem got cracked, but that's almost to be expected. It's more of a pale gray and not white like in the photo, but it's healthy even though there's no new growth so far. Also, there are no signs of any pests hitching along with it into the house!
